Account Manager at MediaMonks HQ
Our near-Amsterdam HQ is looking for a digital-savvy go-getter to steward client relationships at the intersection of creativity and technology.
Role & Responsibilities
- As an Account Monk at the biggest creative production company on the planet, you are the day-to-day point of contact for various accounts.
- You act as the bridge between clients and our internal teams and are accountable for the quality of the end delivery, proactively managing expectations along the way.
- You’re involved in everything from the first bid to the final delivery.
- The projects you’ll help to engage will be wide and diverse, ranging from big website builds, and global rich media campaigns to mobile apps and games, virtual reality experiences, interactive films, installations and more.
- You help to make sure the work being produced meets the requirements and exceeds the expectations.
- Meeting monthly and annual targets, you’ll work closely together with our Business Monks to help grow business accounts into a long-term success for all parties.

- We’re looking for someone with 5–8 years of hands-on experience managing accounts in digital advertising or production.
- You have experience writing proposals and can propose solutions from a technical and/or a strong creative/commercial perspective.
- With the support of our producers, creatives and tech chiefs, you feel comfortable advising clients on creative digital production.
- You grasp technology and production in a way that allows you to establish realistic costs and timings.
- You’ve got the fluid written and spoken English skills vital for communicating with colleagues and clients alike.
- With strong presentation skills, you can sell people on MediaMonks by showcasing our cases, capabilities and culture to (potential) partners at every turn.
