Account Manager (Creative Production) at MediaMonks AMS

We are on the lookout for an Account Monk in Amsterdam with a solid understanding of the Digital Creative industry and who knows how to steward business relationships at the intersection of creativity and technology. This mid-level role requires hands-on experience to help manage the successful delivery of advertising and production for MediaMonks' growing Pharma client, and a manifest mastery of what is needed to make great projects come about.

Role & Responsibilities

  1. As an Account Monk at the biggest creative production company on the planet, you are responsible for maintaining and growing the business, while being the day-to-day point of contact for one of the biggest global pharmaceutical brands in the industry.
  2. The work will range from social campaigns, film production, transcreations, always on content, rich media, influencer campaigns and more.
  3. You build and sustain relationships with senior-level clients, and become the client's trusted strategy, creative & production partner along the entire customer journey.
  4. Looks beyond the day-to-day needs of the account; ensures the long-term stability and growth of the relationship and revenue.
  5. Overseeing and coordinating the production process for multiple projects between our international offices.
  6. You work in close collaboration with the global cockpit team to set up new projects and ways of working, co-creating pitches, treatments and proposals.
  7. Always making sure projects meet the client’s strategy, brand, creative goals, and expectations.
  8. Consistently reviews client satisfaction toward short- and long-term goals.
  9. Maintain excellent written and verbal communication with all parties.

Requirements

  1. You have at least 5+ years worth of client-facing experience in digital advertising or creative production and understand what it takes to make big digital projects come about.
  2. You’re fluent in English (speaking and writing at the highest professional level), experience with French/Italian/German language(s) is a plus.
  3. Demonstrated ability to execute strategies and programs, with experience managing diverse sets of marketing programs mapping back to larger strategy and achieving key objectives.
  4. Strong communication and relationship building skills with key partners and stakeholders.
  5. Driving production of multiple projects between our international offices is no easy task and requires someone with excellent planning and communication skills.
  6. You are experienced doing business with global clients who will seek your take, expertise and leadership on the production of their ideas.
  7. You play a supporting role in the bidding for new projects, contributing to the development of creative and production proposals.
  8. You have a switched-on, positive, proactive and problem solving mindset, happy to respond to curveballs, challenges and explore multiple solutions.
  9. You’re highly organised, articulate and passionate about digital, film & video, creative industries, and current social technologies. You are passionate about your work and the work we create.
  10. You have a deep love of storytelling that pushes creative boundaries.
  11. You are an expert negotiator with production costs and you know what can be done, and done well, for 25K to 1M.
