Now, about the opportunity: As a Business Analyst you will help drive technical solutions for the business, providing an effective link between the business and IT, engaging stakeholders, consulting customers and improving performance across various digital products and vendor platforms.

In this role you will:

Engage stakeholders and the business to elicit requirements and drive solutions.
Collaborate across a wide range of customers and domains to ensure successful delivery of software development projects.
You will lead workshops and champion Scrum on projects.
Design strategic solutions to support the long-term goals of the business.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and development tasks, assist in the writing of business cases and gathering of requirements across key customers.
Design and optimize business processes and team communications, help teams adhere to agreed processes and timelines.

Experience you already have/things you already are:

Collaborative, team player with excellent communication.
Technology, Digital & UX experience is highly regarded.
CMS, DAM and CRM Experience is highly advantageous.
Analytical and creative thinker with practical problem-solving skills.
Ability to interact across a wide variety of stakeholders, business and technical executives.
Project and Product Management experience is highly regarded.
Scrum/Agile exposure.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
Experience assisting in projects to be delivered within scope and within budget
