MediaMonks is a global creative production partner that works with some of the coolest clients on the planet, and we're looking for a Business Director, that can successfully work at the intersection of business and production to bring forth first-rate projects at a consistent rate.

In this role, you will

Be the first point of contact for our clients, who seek MediaMonks for the strategy, creative and production of their digital briefs.
You’ll work side by side with your clients to engage new production projects from the start, proposing transformational solutions, assess the feasibility and driving change for your brands
You’ll be responsible for orchestrating the entire sales pipeline as well as overseeing the successful growth of the individual brands that sit within your client’s jurisdiction.
Oversee the program of projects, liaising between the client and our own Monks to kickstart new assignments, delegating tasks to dedicated production teams.
The work is centred around creating innovative digital work across the customer decision journey, working on both product launches and brand campaigns.
Act as a strategic partner throughout who understands the client’s brand and business inside out, developing a roadmap for continued success
Safeguard revenue growth for your client(s), look after business planning and development to make sure we hit targets and KPIs, identifying opportunities for new assignments that add value to all parties.
Delivering against monthly and annual targets, you help to grow business accounts into a long-term success for all parties.

Requirements

This role requires someone with 8+ years of experience managing business accounts for the biggest advertisers in the world. in digital advertising or production. You have a proven track record managing big (global) accounts, with high-value projects and volumes of interdisciplinary work.
You have a proven track record of winning business and building teams.
You have proven experience with FMCG brands
You can work in both Dutch, French and English at the highest professional level.
You bring a broad understanding of what is needed to produce high-end content at a high pace in today’s always-on environment.
You have a keen understanding of the (digital) business objectives of global brands and are able to quickly fathom a project’s challenges and what needs to be achieved.
You don’t think in projects but in partnerships, developing the client relationship and work-streams milestones ahead.
Backed by our global team of experts, you’re confident in providing expert advice on content production, sometimes even at the C-level.
You have extensive experience writing proposals and can propose solutions from either a basic technical or a creative/commercial perspective.
With your strategic mind and presentation skills, you can sell people on MediaMonks by showcasing our cases, capabilities, and culture to (potential) partners at every turn.
You make it your business to keep clients happy.
