Digital Sourcer at MediaMonks BA
Buenos Aires
MediaMonks Buenos Aires is recruiting an in-house digital sourcer to search, track and contact new Monks for our global Monasteries. This full-time position is based at the city of Buenos Aires, in the Audiovisual district.
About the Role
- In this position, you’ll work to support our global Talent Acquisition team that keeps S4 (MediaMonk’s parent company) running as we move faster and faster.
- As an in-house sourcer, you’ll assist with ways of contacting, sourcing, and attracting more and better global talent.
- You’ll access niche communities and get us those juicy names and emails, so our Talent team can do our magic.
- You’ll work on daily or weekly objectives, depending on the workflow.
- You’ll have an eye for GOOD talent, and you’ll jump right into their DMs if you see them, to get the ball rolling with the rest of the Talent team.
- You’ll work together with our local Talent Acquisition Head, who is leading our recruitment efforts around MediaMonks.
- Coordinate with Global Talent leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs
- You’ll pay special attention to D&I initiatives and you’ll work super hard to source candidates that would mean a culture add to our big global family.
- Between all that, you need to have the time to plan and coordinate on-site/Hangouts interviews between top candidates and our Talent team.
- You’ll research which platforms, job boards and agencies we should use for attracting new talent.

Requirements
- You’re fluent in Spanish as well as English.
- At least 1+ year experience as a Sourcer or Recruiter.
- You have experience dealing with IT and digital talent in general.
- Organization, organization, organization. You are an Excel lover and we can tell by your deliverables of mappings and sourcings.
- You have a keen eye for reviewing UI/UX/Digital designer’s portfolios.
- You may be the first person from S4 these people hear from, so you need to have great communication skills, and talent to sell our company thru either text, message, email or phone.
- You are a stalker by nature, so you know every nook and cranny of the net, where you can find the best talent.
