About the opportunity:

Now, about the opportunity: In the Director, SEO Operations EMEA position, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to help drive key global marketing programs for our client’s products. The Director in EMEA will be accountable to partner with clients to address measured content/SEO landscape performance and opportunities, and work with client stakeholders across multiple digital disciplines to propose and defend SEO investment across all performance-based marketing channels. They will manage strategy, research directly - will be hands-on - along with managing a team and providing mentoring for client delivery across the portfolio. Our ideal candidate is a fast and flexible go-getter who jumps on new opportunities.

In this role you will:

● Develops, manages, and monitors client investment for assigned accounts

● Leads a team of strategic SEO strategists and technical managers. and operates as senior leader on accounts

● Introduces Process Development Input, QA and Best Practices Input

● Ensures client renewals and maintenance/growth of Performics revenue

● Owns client KPI forecasting process and updates for forecasted results

● Trains and grows leadership, technical, and management skills of direct reports

● Supports departmental financial reporting, billing, collections as needed

● Evaluates direct reports/team

● Develops internal processes for growth of team

● New business pitch/RFP support as necessary


● 12+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in an agency, client-facing role

● Advanced knowledge of SEO and ranking strategies

● Deep experience managing content management platforms

● Expertise with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other third-party SEO tools

● Committed to delivering superior client service

● Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills

● High energy and go getter attitude; comfortable working autonomously

● Proficient in Google docs, slides, sheets or equivalent (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

● Comfortable presenting to stakeholders

● Comfortable dealing with ambiguity
