Growth Lead NSW at MediaMonks
As a Commercial Lead for the state, you would be responsible for selling the full suite of Adobe Experience Cloud solutions while leveraging internal resources and planning and liaising with the Adobe Sales Team from prospect to close.
The role reports through to the VP Solutions APAC.
You will be involved in the MediaMonks existing account planning in NSW across the full suite of Adobe Experience and Commerce Cloud Solutions. You will work closely with team members of the MediaMonks Service Office to provide guidance and support on existing accounts footprint and growth opportunities..
Your core focus however, will be in building prospects and new pipeline both through partner relationships and operations, your network and outbound sales activities. For potential customers you will play the role of a trusted advisor to build a deep understanding of their unique company challenges and goals. You will consult with customers on the unique benefits of the Adobe proposition, and align MediaMonks technical services to their business goals and blaze new trails within organisations.
You will be experienced and comfortable in managing customer relationships from the C Suite to Solutions Architects. You will have a proven track record of selling enterprise software into Enterprise accounts; Prefer 8 - 10+ years of quota carrying software or technology sales
- Work directly with prospect (and existing) customers to sell professional services across the Adobe Experience and Commerce Clouds
- Provide customers with the inspiration and information needed to choose MediaMonks as the trusted partner for their next project or total business transformation.
- Develop new business opportunities with smart outbound strategies to the strategic targets, and by planning, aligning and with consistent collaboration with the Adobe Sales team and with your internal counterparts.
- Build knowledge and a selling lexicon for all MediaMonks services so that any opportunity across the full service mix is explored. Liaise with Growth Monks on those opportunities for team success.
- Shape concrete solution opportunities following up on potential leads to ensure they’re well-communicated internally and set up for success when handed over to Service Delivery
- Set up first contacts and meetings, working alongside Adobe and your internal technical partners towards a successful sign-off (turning contacts into contracts).
- Maintain a contacts list of relevant prospects and customers and update our CRM as required.
- Hitting sales targets from both a revenue and lead generation standpoint (set on an individual basis).
- Share solutions learnings with Business Monks from other offices, helping us maximize organizational knowledge.
- This role requires someone who can develop enterprise solution accounts and manage a large prospect network.
- You are comfortable in both the marketing and IT departments.
- You understand the world of digital transformation, business & sales and can lead and influence in this world.
- You’re a self-starter, effectively managing your own time without needing direction.
- You have strong prospecting and consultative selling experience.
- You have strong communication skills, a competitive spirit and love to collaborate and influence in a ‘win as a team’ environment.
- Results driven and resourceful you will have strong business acumen easily able to sell solutions and articulate business outcomes and ROI
- You will possess established enterprise relationships that will supercharge your target budget
- Sales expert with a mindset of a hunter, trained in planning, objection handling and closing skills.
