As HR Administrator, you will support the MediaMonks operations and people strategy to ensure we’re delivering an exceptional employee experience as we scale rapidly. You’ll work as part of our global HR team that keeps the company operating faster and faster as we work toward a unitary structure. You are customer service focused, take the initiative, while also being flexible and creative on the best ways to execute. You ensure the smooth running of our People Operations processes related to the entire lifecycle of our Monks around the globe.

Organizational position

The People department is part of the back-office Operations of MediaMonks. In this role you report to the HR Operations Manager and is a full time position based in our Hilversum headquarters.

Main responsibilities

  1. Awesome Candidate Journey: As HR Monk at MediaMonks, you ensure a positive, timely and accurate candidate journey ensuring happy monks and a smooth transition through the company.
    • This means: all new hires onboarded accurately and on time whilst managing the expectations of everyone involved (with contracts, welcome pack, hardware, ID documents and all other documentation)
    • Contract extensions, promotions and all other changes are executed flawlessly
    • Offboarding is conducted sensitively, smoothly and all loose ends tied.
  2. Treat our Monks like royalty: Provide a first line HR response to our employees with a timely and successful resolution of HR queries via our ticketing systems.
  3. Employee Administration: Efficient and compliant processing of day to day admin tasks and information (sick leaves, special leaves, PTO, benefits registrations, job change administration and performance management letters. And everything in between).
  4. Payroll and Finance administration: Provide quality and timely information for payroll and finance administration regarding new hires, monthly mutations, salary and FTE changes, allowances and deductions, exits and any other changes.

Processes and Procedures: Use your knowledge and experience to provide insight and support to your Team Lead in constantly improving People processes and various templates
