Influencer Marketing Campaign Lead- Social AMS

Now, about the opportunity: as a senior Influencer Marketing Campaign Lead, you will fulfill an important role in the execution team for EMEA. You will be responsible for managing multiple social & influencer marketing campaigns for a variety of our clients and are able to keep many balls in the air. In addition, you have the aptitude to lead by example and line manage a team of +/- 10 people who serve a variety of clients. You have strong operational and people management skills. Keeping an eye on the work executed in the team, mentoring junior/ mid-level team members, be the senior contact point for the clients serviced in your team are part of your day-to-day.

On a project-by-project basis, you will lead various campaign project teams throughout campaign execution, consisting of several specialists such as Influencer Developers, Influencer Managers, and Digital Marketers. You are responsible for planning and budget management of all your campaigns whilst keeping our clients happy.

In addition, strong account management skills are of the essence - you bring experience as an account- or project director, have worked at agencies and have strong knowledge of social media. It is your role to not only lead the project team throughout execution but also to lead the client every step of the way and grow the relationship. You are the point of contact for our clients from campaign kick-off to final delivery and are to deliver high-performance campaigns.

Throughout the campaign execution, you will manage collaborations between some of the top brands and influencers in the tech, retail, beauty and lifestyle industries for which strong project management skills are crucial. You will gain in-depth knowledge of our network of bloggers, vloggers, and social influencers. With this knowledge, you will oversee the optimal matchmaking, together with our matchmaking team, between our influencers and the international brands we work with.
