Now, about the opportunity: As a junior Influencer Developer, you’ll source some of the best influencers across various industries, countries and channels on a full-time basis. One of the responsibilities of the team is delivering the best campaign proposals to prospective clients, and one important part of the proposal are the influencer matches. You will have to dive into the world of influencers and support the team in finding the biggest and upcoming talents. Additionally, our ideal candidate is a fast and flexible go-getter who jumps on new opportunities.

In this role you will:

● Research and identify key influencers and online media in designated verticals and social platforms;

● Influencer liaison for new partnerships and projects;

● Take part in creative brainstorm sessions with our Growth team, where you will be seen as the influencer expert for the project/campaign;

● Matchmake between brand and influencers based on the client's brief. Creative and strategic thinking for the best possible strategy and set-up;

● Expand our database with new influencers, as well as nurture our existing global network;

● Be ahead of market trends and understand the needs and trends in terms of Social Media and Influencer Marketing;

● Think creatively and focus on opportunities for the growth of our Influencer database. New markets, new segments and so on.


● 1-3 years work experience in a digital marketing or advertising agency;

● Experience or education in digital marketing/communications;

● Passion and experience in Influencer Marketing;

● Strong knowledge of blogging, vlogging, and other social networks;

● An eye for quality content and creative storytelling;

● A strong personality who is able to work autonomously and within a team;

● Excellent research skills and a talent for thinking outside the box;

● A structured way of working; competencies in planning and organization;

● An eye for detail;

● Social media literate with an understanding of current and emerging trends;

● An analyst who has a passion for trend watching;

● You are a Dutch native and have excellent English writing skills.
