We are looking for our next team member, someone to share the workload and help us strategically as the team and the company continue on its ambitious growth. Profile - the role to be filled

We are looking for a brilliant ideas-first mid-weight strategist with between 5-8 years experience. Someone who digitally confident and with empathetic consumer understanding that mines, develops and shapes insights into striking ideas that last. This is a role that will require you to create structure in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate the value of strategy to the creative outcome and to the client and our agency’s business goals.

A self-starter who is curious, you will be interested in how and why things work. As part of the team, you will be working on 2-3 core accounts (in FMCG, in luxury confectionery and possibly a luxury car account) which will make up no more than 60% of your time. You will also flex across pitches and other projects as they come in. You will be working across the agency and with colleagues outside of the UK as we cross collaborate around the network.
