Senior Producer (Fashion & Luxury) at MediaMonks LDN

MediaMonks is looking for a Senior Producer to work within our newly established Fashion & Luxury team to deliver best in class global productions.

Role & Responsibilities

This is a hand on agency production role and requires a deep understanding of high end production processes, creative development, shoot management, post production processes, negotiation and asset distribution across all media.
You will be responsible for delivering still and moving image output to the highest quality for a variety of fashion & luxury clients, as well as overseeing the technical and creative quality of our productions.
You’ll work closely with the London based team, but lean into the MediaMonks global network and teams around the world to deliver the highest quality and most efficient work possible.
You will manage core production tasks including budgeting, scheduling and managing complex or international productions and attend shoots when appropriate or oversee via live steam.
You have 2 + years in Fashion & Luxury production experience ane have a trusted professional network of contacts across the fashion industry (casting, styling, glam, studios, etc)
You will respond to briefs, support the creative development process, and pitch to win new still and moving image business.
As well as proven production experience in fashion & luxury, an Interest in integrated production with experiential and technological experience is a very big plus.
You will have the ability to collaborate, lead, inspire and motivate strong and coordinated production / project management teams around the world.
Liaising and coordinating multiple third-party suppliers and enforcing preferred supplier agreements is not new to you.
You’ll oversee production financial responsibility and work with business and finance teams to ensure efficiency and profitability
You will work side by side with the leadership of the Fashion & Luxury Team, the Film & Content team, insurance partners, legal advisors and Finance Director on all contractual negotiations and ensuring the company and its productions are financially sound and legally compliant.

Requirements

We’re looking for a proven experienced producer who can successfully work and drive high quality projects across teams, time zones and technologies.
You must have at least 2+ years of high-level experience as a senior producer either in house at a fashion brand/studio, or at a production company/agency working on fashion and luxury brands, with evident management skills.
You’re experienced doing business with senior clients who value and appreciate your expertise and leadership on the production of their ideas.
You have a proven track record of growing a business/client.
Leading the production of integrated projects between our international offices while managing a team of producers is no easy task and requires someone with excellent planning and communication skills, being experienced with management tools.
You are calm, cool and collected in the face of stressful situations.
You have an executional mindset and are as comfortable working on the detail while simultaneously inspiring and leading others.
And, you have an affinity with or passion for fashion and luxury brands and clients!
